Simple, Fast,
Effective
The VenaBlock® procedure typically takes 15-30 minutes per limb, with patients walking immediately after treatment.
Ultrasound Mapping
Comprehensive duplex ultrasound assessment identifies incompetent venous segments, maps anatomical variations, and determines optimal access points.
Percutaneous Access
Single micropuncture below the knee provides minimally invasive catheter introduction. Only local anesthesia at puncture site required.
Catheter Positioning
Laser-guided catheter advanced to saphenofemoral junction under ultrasound visualization. Positioned 5cm from deep venous confluence.
Adhesive Delivery
Controlled injection of cyanoacrylate adhesive with manual compression. Each 3cm segment treated with 0.1ml adhesive and 3-second compression.
Immediate Recovery
Patient ambulates immediately after procedure. Return to normal activities same day. No mandatory compression therapy or activity restrictions.
